Service Description

45-minute class every week, for 8 weeks All levels, 6 years+ Dance is built on shapes and lines are the foundation. This course focuses on developing beautiful, clean lines through flexibility, pointed feet, straighter knees, improved posture and shoulder placement, and higher, more controlled leg lines through hip strength and stability. Students will need the following equipment for this program: Theraband Small ball 0.5kg ankle weights Yoga Block Short foam roller 1kg Dumbbells

Booking Policy All sessions will be recorded for your convenience. If you are unable to attend a class, you will receive a link to the recording to complete the session in your own time. Alternatively, you may join another group class as a make-up session (subject to availability). Make-up sessions must be used within two terms from the missed class. Please note: No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
